It comes with 4 walls and an optional floor. The side walls both have 2 large windows equipped with both mosquito netting and zipper flaps. The "back door" against the vehicle opens so that you can access your side door and/or truck bed without exiting your annex room.

The floor is a nice option to have. Without the floor, you can use your annex merely for shade, weather comfort, and privacy. With the floor, you can use your annex room as a full clean space, secluded from any type of outside dirt. 

The entire annex is waterproof and weatherproof. The walls are made of 420d ripstop polyester oxford fabric, polyurethane coated for 2500mm waterproofing. The floor is made of 550gsm pvc coated waterproof fabric with heavy duty weather resistant zipper.
